Who is LKT Prosperity Partners?
LKT Prosperity Partners provides HR templates, toolkits, and systems designed to help small businesses manage employees confidently without hiring a full-time HR manager.

Who are your products for?
Our products are designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and managers who need professional HR structure but don’t have an HR background.

Do I need HR experience to use your products?
No. Everything is written in plain language with simple instructions so you can customize and use the documents with ease.

HR Setup Accelerator

What is the HR Setup Accelerator?
The HR Setup Accelerator is a step-by-step system that helps you build your HR foundation from scratch, including hiring, onboarding, policies, and employee management.

What’s included?
You get five modules and 23 fully editable Word documents, including an employee handbook, hiring documents, onboarding tools, and core HR policies.

How is it different from the Toolkits?
The Accelerator is a complete guided system. Toolkits are standalone document sets focused on one area.

How do I access it?
After purchase, download the zip file from the store, unzip it, and open the file named Start Here - HR Setup Accelerator.

What if I can't download my file?
Email us at Support@lktprosperitypartners.com and we'll help you get your file.

How long do I have access?
Your download link is available for 48 hours after purchase. If it expires, contact us if needed.

Complete HR Toolkit

What is the Complete HR Toolkit?
The Complete HR Toolkit is a full collection of essential HR templates covering hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee management.

What's the difference between the Complete HR Toolkit and the Accelerator?
The Toolkit includes the documents only. The Accelerator includes the documents plus step by step guidance.

Who is it best for?
Business owners who want ready-to-use templates and are comfortable implementing them on their own.

Individual HR Toolkits

What Toolkits do you offer?
We offer the HR Essentials Bundle, the Complete HR Toolkit, and the Kids Spa HR Toolkit, each designed for a specific business need.

Who are they best for?
Business owners who only need help in one area rather than a full system.

Can I buy individual templates?
No. Templates are sold as bundles and toolkits. Browse the HR Toolkits & Systems section to see all available options.

Templates and Documents

What format are the templates in?
All templates are PDF and fully editable Word documents (.docx) and can be used in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Can I customize the templates?
Yes. All documents are editable and include guidance to help you tailor them to your business.

Can I use the templates for multiple businesses?
Yes you can.

Compliance & Legal

Are these documents compliant?
These templates are created using standard HR best practices and are designed to help you set up your business in a professional and organized way.

Like any template, you may want to review and adjust them based on your business and state requirements.

Do I need a lawyer?
Most small business owners are able to use these templates as a strong starting point and customize them to fit their needs.

In practice, most customers use the templates as provided, make a few adjustments for their business, and begin using them right away.

If you prefer, you can always have a professional review them for added peace of mind, but it’s not required to get started.

Payment and Refunds

How does payment work?
All payments are processed securely. Purchases are one time with no subscriptions or recurring fees.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the instant digital delivery of all products, all sales are final. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
