We also offer HR consulting services, which are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. Our AutoLKT marketing platform is a separate subscription service governed by its own terms of service.

3. Not Legal Advice

They do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice, and purchasing or using them does not create an attorney client, consultant client, or advisory relationship of any kind. Employment laws vary by state and locality and change over time. 4. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a single business, non exclusive, non transferable license to download, edit, print, and use the purchased templates for your own business. All content, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of LKT Prosperity Partners LLC. We may terminate your license without refund if you violate these license terms.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third party payment processor. We may change prices, run promotions, and set promotional end dates at any time. The price displayed at your checkout is the price you pay.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, by download link or account access, promptly after successful payment. If you do not receive your product, contact us at Support@lktprosperitypartners.com and we will make it right.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a digital product is not what you expected, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Because our products are digital and cannot be returned, refunds beyond this 14 day window are at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Consulting services and subscription products are governed by their own terms.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
